She was pretty judgemental of me all the way through. Not saying you nessecarily need it but incase you didn't know, you now do. There is help for that, incase you weren't aware. You very much loved that woman and her calling you immature and weak has greatly scarred you. My honest opinion is you are carrying around unprocessed trauma from your last relationship. Or when terrible things happen to you such as a loved one passing away or a family pet etc. Its okay to have feelings and living them out when something very much hurts or upsets you. That said its okay to be weak when the situation is appropriate for it. More precisely meaning that because you have an inner child or act immature still sometimes doesnt mean you are weak. Maturity and strength dont nessecarily have anything to do with each other. I think you have a problem with this because your ex called you immature and you took that as her criticising for being weak. All it means is she's comfortable around you. It doesnt mean she's weak, it doesn't mean she's immature. It doesnt mean she needs you, it doesn't mean she's dependant on you, it doesn't mean she wants you to be her daddy. And your girlfriend is comfortable enough to let her inner child out infront of you. Everyone just absolutely everyone has an inner child.

Just how some guys love playing with Lego and get full on back into the Lego hype once they have kids old enough to play with Lego too. It's not that she's dependant on you, she's just comfortable around you.Įveryone has an inner child. Her being or acting childish around you is just a sign of comfort.
